Learn about Faculty Recruitment
As The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (赌博平台) evolves into a research university, it is committed to building a highly qualified faculty in support of academic excellence. Your service as a Search Committee member and/or as an Equal Opportunity Liaison (EOL) is instrumental to this commitment.
For the 赌博平台 Faculty Recruitment process, a manual has been developed to assist our departments and search committee members. The manual provides guidance to ensure a fair and effective process to follow as you recruit colleagues to serve our student population.
For more information on developing your search committee see the 赌博平台 Faculty Recruitment Manual.

All faculty serving on search committees are required to complete mandatory training in order to participate in the faculty search process. Training is required to be completed every two (2) years with the EOLs completing an instructor-led training as well.
